Pre 2004 Painful Period since I was 16. Always tired and anemic. Struggled with school and working.

2004 Used the PATCH birth control for three weeks, suppose to help with painful periods. Applying to abdominal area lead to extreme pain around ovaries after 12-24 hours of application. Most likely this played a part in messing up my reproductive system.

2005-2008 Health took a dive. Not only I am always tired, anemic but now I have digestive issues, pain throughout cycle which progressively got worse. A couple of visits to emergency room.

March 2008 Start TTC, nothing. Went to OBGYN who referred me to an RE.

Late 2008 1st Laparoscopy surgery. Remove Endometriosis, polyps and some adhesion. Dr. couldn't free ovary and tube stuck to side of pelvic.

Attempt to get PG for another year. Nothing.

April 2009 Start Gluten Free Diet. Saw a Natropath Dr., Saliva test shows low cortosol and DHEA. Start progesterone cream which included some hormone precursors. Some improvement in ovulation profile but irritable and worst PMS. Stopped after three month.

Summer 2009 Attempt 2 Failed IUIs.

Late 2009 RE pushing us to do IVF. Declined and looked for alternatives.

March 2010 Start Creighton Charting Method.

March-July 2010 Endo pain, unable to work, stand for more than 10 min, migraine headaches. Misrable to say the least.

July 2010 2nd Surgery with Napro Doc. Remove Endometriosis, clear out partially clogged right tube, and remove remaining adhesions and a lot more.

Aug-Oct 2010 On TTC break for now. Waiting to resolve hormonal issues.

Aug 2010 First visit with a Dr. that specializes in Thyroid treatment.

September : Lab result for thyroid: High reverse T3, vitamin D, selenium, iron defciency. DHEA and Cortsol levels normal except evening cortosol on the low side.

September 2010 Cycle long Hormone blood Test Planned

November 2010 Low estradiol and progestrone post ovulation. On 0.25 mg of Estradiol & 100 mg of Progestrone P+3-12. Other meds LDN, 25 mg of T3, HC .

Supplement: Vitamin D3, B12, Selenium, Iron, Vitamin B. Doing a lot better as far as energy and PMS. Start TTC.
